We believe that representation matters. In order to address Diversity, Equity and Inclusion we must understand exactly what the phrase means. 

It is essential to corporations to create an equitable workplace that understands and create policies that underscores diversity within it’s hiring practices and workplace culture. We will review your current DEI policies or work with you to create them. Our goal is to assist you in the transformation of your company.

• Community engagement- how the community sees your company is key. We can identify your community representation among key diverse communities.

• Recruitment of diverse employees- diversity looks different and is ever changing. Allow us to identify key people for your organization that represent diverse communities.
