Understanding the unique challenges that nonprofits face are at the core of our organizational capacity program. We focuses on things that sometimes go unattended, especially within smaller, grassroots agencies. 

Consulting is centered around four core areas: human resources, board development, fiscal responsibility, and budgeting. Working with the executive team at the 

nonprofit, we build a roadmap to success that is 

easily implemented and scalable.

Team Acquisition

You are only as strong as your team. Working with your goals in mind, we’ll develop strategies to identify the best team members as you grow your agency. Team work truly makes the dream work.

 Professional Development

Working from a strengths-based model, we offer customized training with an eye to expanding on your experiences. Executive Coaching and mentoring are also available for upper management and executives. 

Our approach is unique, we use a professional evaluation tools to ascertain your skills level. Successful clients will be able to use the tools obtained during this program to expand their careers as well as their agency.
